1. Do you Ship Internationally?

We are proud to be locally owned and internationally sold. 
International orders are final sale!

*Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout

2.What is your return policy?

Answer:U.S. CUSTOMERS:
Our 30-day return policy ensures your satisfaction. You may return your Monarch Carrier within 30 days of purchase for any reason. 

To initiate a return, please reach out to jnselect@hotmail.com with your order # and the reason for return, and our team will be happy to help you start the return process.

If, within 30 days of purchase, you're not completely happy with your baby carrier, you can return it for a full refund. We kindly ask for returns to be in their original packaging with all cards and manuals included, and in their original condition (no extensive wear & tear).

We believe in the quality of our products and want you to have the best experience with your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International Orders are Final Sale.  We are still commited to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you have an issue with your item or believe it is defective, please reach out to jnselect@hotmail.com for help. 

3.When will my order ship?

Answer:Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. This can vary depending on order volume, and may be longer during high volume periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info when your item ships! 

For preordered items, refer to the item description in your original confirmation email for the esimated shipping time.
